Shapper Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 Noticed this one the other day. Decided to do an engine shutdown in flight to affect a "fully committed" autorotation. While the engine instrumentation indicated as they should, the actual engine sound remained constant as if it was still running.
