Tone71
Cheers, Running win 7 32bit... That's your problem right there, I would imagine, your OS is 32-bit. There are some threads around here somewhere that will help you out; I'll try and find them, unless someone else chimes in first. Edit: Doh, Bignewy got there first. (Think I preferred your old profile pic Bignewy :)). ED Team BIGNEWY Posted August 3, 2013 ED Team Share Posted August 3, 2013 posted the link in my above post. but you really should switch to a 64bit os to get the best out of your system, not just for dcs :) Forum rules - DCS Crashing? EtherealN
In your quickstart manual there is directions to deactivate, which allows you to re-use your existing activation. Thelane618
Madgitty, a DLL error is NOT the DCS series fault. since you did a fresh installation of windows you most likely need to update your C++ redistributable packages and also your .net framework. IF you can post your exact dll error i can help you track down the right update you need to get. Edited August 6, 2013 by Thelane618
Thelane618
And please, i dont even work for eagle dynamics but I do work in the networking industry so i understand what they go through. Do some research to make sure the error isnt on your end before flaming that you want a refund. Also, if you had done your research on your OS you would know that a 32 bit system is limited to 4 gigs of address space and a good 1gig is used for windows processes. Im not going to lie, it sounds like you are jumping headfirst into things and then blaming the company that made the game that your products dont work. A little bit of homework goes a long way. As a liner note, a moderator asked you what your ticket number was days ago to help you out, which you never replied to.
