Which SAM units are manned and which are still to have radar?

I've tested all US systems and only the AAA Vulcan works with radar. Russian systems yet to be tested but Osa works.

The Patriot system doesn't work. I've placed the 5 components near eachother and had a flight of Russian birds come from 15 nm at 6750 feet and fly over the patriot with no effect. Same thing for Hawk triplet system.

I can get inside Avenger, Chaparral, Linebacker but CAN NOT fire their missiles. They don't have radar too (no emission control icon)

Attached 2 missions with plenty of targets and all US systems. The other mission comparison for efficacy of Osa.

SAM logic needs rework since almost all SAMs shoot at one target and not different targets at once.

AWAITING ED NEW DAMAGE MODEL IMPLEMENTATION FOR WW2 BIRDS

Fat T is above, thin T is below. Long T is faster, Short T is slower. Open triangle is AWACS, closed triangle is your own sensors. Double dash is friendly, Single dash is enemy. Circle is friendly. Strobe is jammer. Strobe to dash is under 35 km. HDD is 7 times range key. Radar to 160 km, IRST to 10 km. Stay low, but never slow.
