Please understand what happens if "moger" tells that he needs support without posting his ticket numbers:

A moderator sees this post - as you didn't posted a ticket number he has to switch to the database of the digitalcombatsimilator page.

This user-database is fully independent of the one in this forum.

So he have to search for "moger" in it - than he have to search your tickets.

If your name isn't the same like on this forum it can get really tricky/time-consuming - just because you didn't posted your ticket numbers. - so the chances are high that no moderator even bothers to do this.

And another thing:

If your problem is not related to the account and or software key - it's very likely that a other forum member is able tu help you with your problem .
