Pinefang
For those that use the CH Fighterstick what control do you use to control the nose gear up to 80 knots. My old Extreme 3D pro rotated for the nose gear but my new Fighterstick does not, Any help out there please.
Picksplitter
hi there.... the short answer is 'rudders'! No twist action on the stick? 'Rudders'! Sorry, but true... not sure on this, but you might be able to map the keyboard 'arrow' keys for the nosewheel, but that would just be weird! I just got my Thrustmaster Hotas recently... took me awhile to realize I had to use 'rudders' fer steering.... sad, but true. Google your local 'used stuff' site. you might find something there. cichlidfan
A slightly longer 'short answer' would be 'rudder pedals'! ;) ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero, i7-6700K, Noctua NH-D14 Cooler, Crucial 32GB DDR4 2133, Samsung 950 Pro NVMe 256GB, Samsung EVO 250GB & 500GB SSD, 2TB Caviar Black, Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! Pinefang
Thanks guys I did some searching and found that some use the X&Z keys which is a bit weird but have found no other option.
PFunk1606688187
When my rudder pedals jammed a couple months ago (damned shoddy Saitek manufacturing!) I basically didn't fly. I have an X-52, it has twist for rudder control, but I just couldn't do it. I'll never know how you guys fly with your X and Z keys. :P Warning: Nothing I say is automatically correct, even if I think it is.

Pinefang
I have learned to use the X & Z keys only to steer up to 80 knots on the runway then I use the stick to control direction until lift off. Sure do miss my last controller that had a twist stick that controlled steering, but it doesn't have the needed buttons that my Fighterstick has.
