Auto installed this latest update tonight and am experiencing the following issues:

 

In cockpit voice says English in options BUT sounds like French I think, (certainly not English) - in SP and MP

 

Very stutter gameplay - in SP and MP

Looks like every Unit starts to speak its own native language, as my Russian Unit also starts to speak Russian instead of English! Quiet realistic, but that means a lot of work to do in changing roles of own programmed missions.

 

There should be a language option added now in Mission Editor where I can choose if allied forces should for example speak English.

Oh, I was flying a KA50 with Russian markings, Betty may have been talking Russian I suppose! Are you saying this is not a bug, even though I downloaded the English version and it says in the options, in cockpit language "English".

I also have the English version and just today after the Update I was also confused at the beginning as suddenly ATC clearance was in Russian as I was playing Red. So, in the same own programmed mission, I changed to Blue team and there was English again... So no, I suppose it has been changed on purpose for the sake of realty. Try to fly with Blue Team and see what language you have.

 

As such, there is only two languages: English & Russian. If you have WIN 7, check the following path where you'll find the sound folder:

C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Sounds\Speech\Sound

ED are awesome, logged on today to test blue speaking English and they've fixed it with another auto update. :D
