I sure hope the first X-55 stick will be for the MiG-21. I will buy it right away.

Hmm. X-55 delivery was officially pushed back to May, so yeah, I'm waiting on this now.

Edited by AegisFX
"May" just became "has". grammatically "have"

Is it wrong that I'm angry at Saitek for calling the X-55 "Rhino" and it not being an F-18 stick? I'm not the only one thinking it, right?

Yeah I thought it a strange choice of name. Why else would you call a stick the 'Rhino' if not to evoke the Super Hornet?

I'm just stirring the pot, but Rhino will always and "phorever" refer to the F-4 Phantom. Period. Full stop.

I think the dainty F/A-18's claim to the name is illegitimate. I mean the only reason they use it is to differentiate a Hornet from a Super Hornet on the radio around the boat.

:P

Doesn't look like that Rhino either. :joystick:

Short answer, if it has a sim, it will have a set of replica controls.

Hegykc, if you are able to pull this off, you will be set for life. Question for you: The warthog for me feels great, love the weight of it, so are your plans to make these replica's feel strong, feel correct?

Concerns for me would be warranty given this would be for global demand and I for one am nearly as far away as you can get.

Would be interesting to see what the customer numbers would be for you i.e. how many want what controller?

FYI - I'd love an F-18C throttle and stick, UH-1H collective and stick for starters.

Watching with great interest : )
