I can get you rough measurements at, say, mm precision, if that's of any use. If you need diameter or thread measurements I'm afraid I can't help you.

The screw is a little weird. The shaft near the pan head mearusres 2.21mm diamter which is .087'. The end of the shaft is .088'. It doesn't seem like a metric machine screw? The length is around .3'. Thread count seems to be around 32 per inch.

I took a look at the screw in my WH throttle. I is not a machine screw. It is a self tapping or thread forming screw made for plastic. It appears to be a "Cross Recessed (= Phillps) Pan Head Tapping Screw", Thread outer dia. 2.25mm (0.089"), Thread length: 7.7mm (0.300"), Pan head dia: 4.19mm (0.165").

Your best bet to find "a" screw might be in a hobby shop that sells model airplanes, cars, trains, etc. If you can find another similar screw in your throttle take it along as a sample.

If you find one here is an installation tip. When first starting the screw turn it backwards first (CCW) until you feel a bump (you should go over this "speed bump") , then screw it in. What this does is to line up the threads of the screw with the threads already cut into the plastic. If you don't do this you might cut a new thread in the plastic. Doing so a few times will result in a hole that will have damaged threads and you could strip the threads out very easily, something to be avoided.
