Len62 Posted January 7, 2016 Share Posted January 7, 2016 Holy crappers. In my day it was the original G.I. Joe with that little scar on his cheek, Lincoln Logs and Matchbox cars. Never got started with the Legos but I seem to remember dinking around with some round wooden blocks of wood with holes drilled all around and wooden colored dowels that you would insert to create, well, "stuff" I guess. I hate to admit it but those were "Tinker Toys". Also had an "Erector" set. What fun. I have to agree that these new legos are truly an advancement.
