Pilotasso
Just a question before I download (because I have monthly bandwith limitations): Are those Vid's from "suckoi family" or any of those posted on UBI's aviation sor patrick site? I have a HUGE collection And would waste my bandwith on something I already have. Thanks for sharing! Yellonet
... 10 gigs on a 2Mbit connext goes up surprisingly FAST!Why do they have such a limit? It's cruel :icon_cry: Maybe broadband isn't that common in Portugal? i7-2600k@4GHz, 8GB, R9 280X 3GB, SSD, HOTAS WH, Pro Flight Combat Pedals, TIR5
Pilotasso
Why do they have such a limit? It's cruel :icon_cry: Either the ISP's are not yet technicaly ready to provide all the badwith necessary, or they think tipicaly like a merchant. theres this mentality over here for centuries "dont give up money when you dont have to". No ISP will invest in limitless bandwith unless someone else throws heavy competition. So far all ISP's seem to have made arranged sort of "impass" regarding this.We have widespread ADSL in my country for like 3 years (before that it was much domain of enteprises and experiments) And as such the infra structures aint the best to support it. We have an ISP wich provides 16Mbit connext for 80 Gig's monthly but at a premium price. The situation has evolved very slowly and some times we get periods of limitless download bandwith but only between 1-7AM wich is not good for me, sleeping next to a jets nozzle! Most common connex's are 1Mbit, 2Mbit,4 Mbit. for a premium price youll get 8 Mbit and 16Mbit speeds. There are services of limitless bandwith but the prices are for rich people only. Bandwith limits are typicaly 4GIGs of international traffic, and 20 Gig's national. MY ISP doesnt make distintion and offers the middle term of 10GIG's, no matter international or national. Its cheaper as well. Pings online are a bit worse than my previous ISP though. My 2 Mbit connext allows 230KB/s maximum download speed(real time). Pilotasso
I also noticed something...in Forces video the R-77 burns for 7 seconds. Now I have a Vid on the AMRAAM showing also 7 seconds burn. In LOMAC both missiles burn for 10 seconds, wich is wrong acoording to videos. This leads me to comclude that 10 seconds of burn to give the same range (estimated) as the real thing, the drag factor of both missiles FM is exagerated. Manny
Flankers, particularly Su-30s, are so huge u can carry a pair of F-16s on the wing pylons ... gives me the shivers lol
Pilotasso
Of course size doesnt mean anything. Its what you can do with it that matters. In my view the F-16 is perfectly capable of taking on the flanker, specialy if we are talking about the most widespread versions with R-27's. The indian Su-30 MKI thanks to its more sofisticated equipment and weapons IMHO would make the falcon show its shortcomings far clearer.
