TwoLate
Been waiting for this a long time. I remember before DCS A-10 cane out the big debate back then to go to a new graphic engine with multi support. I hope with this will come also soon dedicated server and SDK release. The future looks bright. Just bought a new rig. The timing looks good to enjoy this with new rig. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Diemos
In my OPINION: You'd be better off with the single 780. Reason; even with SLI working properly, you should only expect a boost in performance of 10 - 20% at MOST. The jump from a 570 to a 780 (or even 770) is much greater than that... Now if you could SLI the 780's... ;)

In my opinion some of the latest EDGE screenshots look even better than the content of the Altwolf videos. shagrat
The problem is: what is the hardware running the environment for the video? A graphics optimized workstation with NVIDIA Quadro K6000 maybe? Or a "normal" i5 with 2 linked GeForce TITAN but no aircrafts, AI and ground vehicle path calculations? It looks spectacular and gives a hint about the capabilities of the general engine, but not necessarily represent how it looks or works in the final integration in DCS... I hope we get seagulls and these detailed buildings and in large numbers, but I would not be surprised, if we see a bit reduced objects etc. to allow for a little calculating in parallel, for aircraft, avionik systems, damage model, flight physics and so on. Just my thoughts, though. Dudester22
When Edge is finally released is it going to be introduced on the current map? What changes are we going to see if it is going to use the current map? Are we just going to see more objects on the map, but still have sunken building ect? Or will the current map change dramatically?
