Pilotasso
I rarely fly AG dedicated aircraft in LOMAC but yesterday I noticed how in the A-10 LAU rockets apear to strike their targets very soon after I pressed the trigger. I aimed the plane up and fired a salvo and then pressed F6 for external view and ...DAMN 4300KM/h?! and they seem to go and go and go and go forever. Currently they go straight not diplaying any ballistic behaviour. what gives? 192nd_Erdem
Yep,I noticed the same yesterday while messing with hog.LAU rockets go about 4400 and DO NOT even slow down :) (well they do,but 1kmh per second doesn't make difference,eh?)
Kula66
They may be fast ... but even against trucks they seem to have minimal effect. I hope that as well as pretty skins for weapons, they continue to work on the weapon effects.
britgliderpilot
Didn't one of the quotes for v1.2 say that AFM would be implemented for missiles? Don't quote me on it until someone finds the original quote, but I've seen it written somewhere - so fingers crossed ;) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v121/britgliderpilot/BS2Britgliderpilot-1.jpg
Kula66
I think it was under consideration for 1.2 ... I guess until nearer the date, everything is under consideration! AFMs for missiles word be the Dogs ears!
GGTharos
AWFM (Advanced weapon flight model) It is intended to appear in 1.2, subject to time constraints.
