HungaroJET
what happened to the canopy, it has no reflection ^ There was reflection but i minimized coz i didn't like it with .edm (on this landing pic U can C the original reflection after conversion) Conversion makes some "interesting" changes with (non-perfect-to-edm) glass materials which were great in .lom format  Other problems: Combatace used "builtin" colors without textures for these parts: box13 - lower HUD glass - green box14 - MFD - green box446 - higher HUD glass - green pilot_SU_h - helmet visor - black Sphere05 - HUD projection lens- yellow After conversion transparent (earlier.lom) parts lost transparency (2nd pic) Should be better if Combatace add textures for these parts, then we will able to adjust transparency with alpha channels of textures. armaholicbr
OMFG! Please Mr., explain us simple mortals how to convert the Su-33 and others to the new .edm format! That would open up frontiers for DCS: A-10C and BS2.. Is it running on that early beta or last build? Do you need to replace A-10/BS to fly it? Those pictures are amazing, even with the little problems during conversion. Congratulations! S! Voando.org - Brazilian Flight Community

HungaroJET
hi hungaro, came the fulcrum corrections within the patch or is it your work? it looks very nice. . . TY, but it's an old reconverted CMD model. Im unsure but if this CMD model is property of UBI, then ED will never ever do any update on CMD models. They will come up earlier with new EDM models (hopefully within FC3) than update oldies. Yep, corrections by me: this model (version) has removed pylons for VFAT. Corrected: half-downed flap animation, corrected non-self-illuminated landing light textures. Added dozen new useful connectors. Still WIP: correcting also non-self-illuminated night-cockpit lights and afterburner lights (textures), added/using (built-in) engine intake and nozzle covers before/after engine start/shutdown by player, adding/correcting fully-opened idle nozzles (without AB flames), adding planar with texture (plane geometry) for nose wheel luminare, 40+ ingame-skins, etc. Atop the midnight tarmac, a metal beast awaits. To be flown below the radar, to bring the enemy his fate. HAVE A BANDIT DAY ! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] "When I'm working on a problem, I never think about beauty. I think only how to solve the problem. Blaze
Hey Hungaro, I've done similar work to ED's F-16, removing the pylons and deleting duplicate speedbrake face as well for a training mod for another team, and I need to lock the leading edge flaps in the upright position, but I'm having some difficulty with that. Any tips? i7 7700K | 32GB RAM | GTX 1080Ti | Rift CV1 | TM Warthog | Win 10 "There will always be people with a false sense of entitlement. HungaroJET
TY but i hope not ;) Im hoping E.D. will update MiG-29 models or bring a brand new EDM model within FC3, but till that time i try correcting and updating the old model. SmokeyTheLung
Really nice shots HungaroJET. It would be nice if ED released the old beta version to the public. It looks amazing from high altitude. The mission editor gets a bit buggy but despite the issues it's such a nice change of scenery.
