Night
I have a mac, I have an SSD that I loaded windows 64bit on to. I plug the SSD in to a port on macs called Thunderbolt, which offers two 10Gbps channels so it is just as fast as any internal SSD. When I have the SSD plugged in I can boot in to windows for gaming or work (usually DCS A-10C or FC3). And best of all, I can unplug it and use OS X for everything else. The mac runs Windows extremely well when it needs to for gaming and such. It's got a 2800x1880 "retina" display and DCS looks gorgeous on the screen, but I usually use an external display for ergonomic reasons. Night
For DCS, I have to use Windows, so I recently built a gaming rig solely for DCS (in signature below) and use Windows 8 64bit on it. Pretty awesome having the dedicated computer solely for DCS and my macs for everything else. Harpoon
Windows 8 64 bit If you want to talk to anyone about anything personal, send it to their PM box. Interpersonal drama and ad hominem rebuttal are things that do not belong on a thread viewed by the public. One thing i have to point out... naming a thread.. "OK, so" is as useful as tits on a bull.
