britgliderpilot
hi, can anyone tell me why the Hud is flicker ? see attached image i can lock but my MFD shows nothing and the HUD says "LA" The target is jamming - in such a situation you have to try and lock, set the range manually (for loft info to the missile), and fire away. Without AWACS information on range, it's all guesswork . . . . The manual goes into a lot more detail - read the section on engaging jamming targets. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v121/britgliderpilot/BS2Britgliderpilot-1.jpg

Jester_159th
i think its a bug read the Post: http://forum.lockon.ru/showthread.php?t=7710&page=2 please look the last screen from the loadout of the F16 It's not a bug. BGP's right. There is an aircraft in front of the the player using ECM measures. Not sure if it's in the manual but it's definately explained in the relevent tutorial for the Su-
ThirdELTPoznan
Sure BGP is right. ECM affects your radar not just makes the plane "harder to lock", thats why there are ECM mission planes. GROM- Grupa Reagowania Operacyjno Manewrowego
Guest ruggbutt
If you watch the Su27 radar tutorial it explains that those are jamming strobes.

Friendly a/c with ECM can also couse jamming to your radar. GROM- Grupa Reagowania Operacyjno Manewrowego
