Once you pay for the upgrade, you get the link and the serial number. I believe those stay with you account so make sure that you have a secure password for your account. I used Flashget as my download manager and got the whole patch in about 8 minutes (high speed) but at the same time, if I got disconnected then it will automatically pick up where it left off and generate a complete file upon download. So in answer to your first question, Pay to download AND activate. SO, can we use the same installer of the game (and the same Activation key) on 2 different PCs? Wouldn't it give an error like CD key match error?? I tried it, payed up , and downloading with my DL manager... and yes resuming the download works....... weeeeeee !!
