I think about Nellis in operation area removed from all civil vehicles but still present in Las vegas. Take off behind the lines where there is civil traffic and normal life going on, arrive over the battlefield and it's deserted. I enjoy the civilian traffic in my game experience but my son recently built a great Medivac mission for Huey where there are many landing zones on roads for evacuations and they get hit by civilian vehicles.
