Irish1-1
As the title states, when a phoenix or sparrow is fired there is no sound effect for RIO's, Bombs and tanks make the drop sound but none for the missiles, small bug but can cause some confusion for a RIO as there's less feedback as to weather the missile has left the rail.
Diesel_Thunder
I agree, I don't hear missiles leaving the aircraft. I play RIO a lot as well and my pilot likes to hand off missile launch control to me on long range hostile targets. I have to watch the missile counter on the TID to know when to let go of the launch button. QuiGon
Already reported here (although not acknowledged by the devs): And yeah, it is incredibly confusing for the RIO if he launches a Phoenix and nothing appears to happen unless you pay close attention to the missile counter.
