Well, missiles 1 -4 fire and hit as intended, but he wont fire any more after that. 4 times 2x missiles are loaded.

Can confirm the bug - he just says "No Target" when trying to fire a 5th missile

Is this bug already reported?  I also experienced it multiple times in MP. Petro does lock the target with the fifth missile, but there is no tone and the missile wont launch..

Does this happen with a pre-provided loadout or a custom created one?

 

There are combinations of loadouts you could create that would render the inner pylon missiles to not work.

I always use preset loadouts, but i think it happens if you first launch 1 or 2 missiles, and then switch to rockets.. If you select the missile again after the rocket run it fails sometimes at the fifth missile

I 'm having the exact same issue, if you move the selector switch to the 30mm, then back it wont work.

I'm having almost 100% hit rate with Petrovich, so this might be on my end also. Fired 4 Shturms, switched to cannon, took one APC out, lost left wing in the process. Switched back to ATGM's, got tone, fired missiles 5 and 6 with no effect (missing wing). Missiles 7 and 8 fired correctly, both hits.
