My issue is with using the Marianas Map offline, I get "The following DLCs are not authorized and will be disabled: Mariana Islands", but when I'm online I have no issue with accessing the Map, hope this helps. I removed what few add-on mods I had, and carried out a slow repair, the map is now loading and usable offline as I was hoping for, so I thought would let you know its sorted out. Happy Bug Hunting.
