there is a lot of errors in log with "DCS: Can't find score constants for M256_120_HE_L55", and just before crash "WARNING EFFECTS2: BowwaveEmitter: unknown parameter".

You're not the first user to stumble on this kind of crash. It dates back from 2020.

I'm not sure it ever got fixed. I assume this crash is rather rare, which makes it hard to solve.

Well I have not seen this error in a long time.

Seems it wasn't fixed apparently.
