It has now been resolved... luckily he was able to re-direct the shipping. I was worried it was going to be a real mess but it has now resolved itself. 

Just waiting on the Winwor screens to arrive.

So you are sending the Cubsims back and going with the Winwor screens.

You mentioned them before but used a different spelling what are they do you have any links?

Cubesim have been redirected to another customer (returned) and I have Wonwar screens on order... apologies for the confusion!

Not cheap, but they have F/A-18 and F-16 versiuon available. The sellers has great comms and if you look at the various sellers with Wonwar screens, the reviews are overall very positive.

I have seen this site and I think I got confused as I thought it was another outlet for Cubesim.

Wish I had spoken to you before as his kit looks a lot better.

When I asked him to refund my money, his response is as below. It says it's shipping, but the shipping number is 5 days later. I paid him an extra $97 for DHL Express. DHL gives the same day shipping number. This man is a liar and cheater.

There was corona. Moreover, why 5 days later dhl express gives instant tracking number. This man is a liar from head to toe. I hope paypal will refund my money.

You got any more snaps of the out puts and the back side/side  view as the images are not too clear on the Website.

Sorry guys, I am still put my sim pit together, so I have the screens up on my desk ATM - excuse the cables. I am also runnning the F18MFDColour Mod now... it has made the screens so much clearer. 
 

Last evening, tragedy struck as I have ripped the micro USB connection out of one of the screens.  My fault, but my advice to any buyer is be very gentle when removing the cable. I contacted the seller, they responded straightaway and they have arranged another internal board to be sent for $39 USD plus shipping. Their aftersales support is amazing... day to night when compared to Cubesim. 

Also, the F/A-18 version of these MDF's have a larger display, so anyone thinking of making a purchase should consider look at that model also. I wanted the F-16 style screens as I had based my sim pit design around the TM Cougars. 

I hope the photos are a little better.

Looks like he has created his own out Cougar screens- how do they compare to the original TM version?

Even though I sent him my full address information on 25 August, he asked me for city information today. I hope this is not another excuse for delay. I'm thinking of complaining about this guy to an agency in charge of trade in china. As a result, it is doing badly enough to damage China's commercial reputation.

Hey Canlenkrow - did you buy through Paypal? 

Just get your money back and forget about this guy... he is useless. Go have a look at the Wonwar screens!

Here is my email which I sent to Cubesim

"Hi Garfiled,

 

I really would like a replacement Monitor before Christmas.

 

I am not very happy with the service that I have received from you .

 

You made me wait for many months and did not fulfil your promise of delivery on the original order  so I requested a refund.

 

You then contacted me again and told me that you can fulfil the original order which you were late again on the promised delivery date.

 

I finally received the order then within a month one of the monitors stopped working. I was promised a new monitor to be sent out but you claim there will be a delay.

 

If you cannot replace my monitor then I will send your equipment back and request a refund from Paypal as I really do not have the time to be messed around by cubesim as I no longer have faith in your product.

 

Let me know if you can fulfil your promise of my replacement monitor arriving in December if not I will request a refund from Paypal

 

And here is the reply which I received from Cubesim

Don't worry, we have already started packing and shipping, because COVID-19 came back some time ago and we stayed at home for two weeks, so the shipping time was delayed.

What a mess.

I expect to receive this month, but if they says something like that, I'll ask for a refund on PayPal.

After you have problem with your screen, I don't know the quality of product they will send to me.

I can't pay for a Wonwar screen. I already have the TM Cougar Pack, I need just the screens that fits to the device.
