CAP location

Ok, it’s probably me but can some one please explain why in Red Flag briefing the CAP waypoints in the briefing are different than the ones on the map ??
 

example, mission 5, briefing says cap is waypoint 9-10 but map says (I think). 11-12, or 10-11.

 

 

why the difference and which one should I follow ?

I looked at the mission in editor and it should be wpt10-11 but have not played it.
