Reproduce: Set up an AWACS and a Client plane in a short mission. Assign a fancy Skin to it. Like the NATO E-3A Skin: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/645407/ Run the Map on your machine > Skin displayed Upload mission to dedicated server and connect > Skin NOT displayed Bug or Feature? That worked. The Liveries need to be in SavedGames\dcs...\Liveries on the SERVER as well.
