Hello to all!

After a carrier departure and making some turns, I get an hud offset in my hornet:

Can anybody help and say why this will occur?

As said above, it's due to crosswind. Pressing the Cage/Uncage button on the throttle will cage the HUD, centering the symbology, and you will get a second velocity vector. You'll have the normal one which will be caged in your HUD, plus an extra "ghost velocity vector" which will not be caged and will show your true velocity. It's highly advised to uncage your HUD in the groove so you can get an accurate representation of your aircraft's velocity for lineup.
