I disabled all overclocking and haven't got a crash yet.

Still having quit a few crashes this morning. I don't see the crash files for today/this mornings crashes. I've had 4 so far within an hour. Should I do a repair?

It was crashing a lot, my missions, stock missions, Syria and Caucasus. Over the weekend I sent several automated crash reports, so I hope it helps you nail it down. 

 

 

 

No unofficial mods.

I haven’t looked in the files just because I have no idea what all that means. But yes I also had several crashes and some was sent directly to E A. Being on Open Beta we are all testers and I’m sure the team will get it solved with time.

Been getting my share of crashes. Seems to happen when I switch from on aircraft to another in single player and has happened multiple times when playing in an online server.

Same here I was just flying for an hour and I’m up 3 crashes when I click Fly Again in a single mission.

So last night after a few crashes in the beginning I played a straight hour or so and didn’t have any crashes after then. I would start a mission-crash into the ground replay fly crash into the ground I repeated this in a fast pace for like 20 mins or so. Then started a easy bfm mission and got the fireballs going then restarted/fly again and within an hour of doing this I never got a crash. I hope this helps somehow.

mall in 2D mode not VR

i may try to enable HAGS this evening to see how it reacts.

3 hours of flight, 4 single missions and 1 hour multiplayer BFM server fireballs everywhere .... not one crash. Running my rig stock no overclock only Ram @ 3400 MHz. All VR Play

Most of my crashes are playing on a monitor and not so much VR HP G2. 

It's mostly right when I boot up DCS and after the first 2 or 3 single missions and not Multiplayer. I kinda wonder if it has something to do with the fireballs/explosions. Also tends to do well after the game play has settled in sorta say, kinda like give the shaders a time to build up maybe? Sorry I don't know much about all that stuff and I just hope my log files will help in any way. Other than a few early crashes ... it's a beautiful sim and I'm enjoying 2.7 Open Beta.

Can you try setting pagefile from system managed to fixed value? First try with 32768MB both initial and maximum after you set it reboot PC and then delete DCS temp folder which is located in AppData/Local/Temp -> DCS or DCS.openbeta (depends if you use standalone or steam)

Oh okay will do. I have 64gb of ram does that matter setting @ 32768  the or should I go 64768 ? If so what do you recommend. I appreciate the help, I remember doing this to my other rig too... so yeah this may work.

please ensure windows and all driver are up to date. We have seen many crashes related to outdated windows version or drivers.
