What's wrong with the last update?

This message pops...and never seen before.

 

however the game runs without any issue after that.

It may have nothing to do with the update. A 500 error is a non-specific error code sent by the server. It essentially means “oops, something went wrong but I’m not sure what”.

 

I haven’t gotten that one but there have been s few times recently when I couldn’t connect at all.

I'll guess that your computer time didn't update when you hit daylight savings time.  Correct that and you should be good (at least that corrected it for me).
