Which weapon against which target?

As the title says, i struggle with the intended use of each rocket/bomb for the harrier (and in dcs in general).

 

I mean, GBU16 is nice to read and i know meanwhile its a big bang tool. but against what? ammo staorages? bunkers?

 

So what i search is a chart/table where all weapons are listed with the general purpose ...

 

Is there something like that avaiable?
