fitness88
When I move the stick to its physical gimble limit at 3 o'clock to do a right roll I receive only 80% input of max input range of the F/A-18, left roll is normal. If I move the stick to the 1:30 position I get full range response. I checked in the axis controls to make sure there were no unintentional limits set. I've calibrated in Logitech settings and no change. I observe this range issue in both the Logitech settings and DCS axis controls. I've heard there is a registry edit available and also an actual stick reset by holding down stick buttons. Would anyone have info on this, it would be appreciated. Thank you. ROKgameNE
before trying reset try teh logi software. found a starange one that helped me... In the software axis screen set the curve to the opposite of what you have, either "S" or "J" curve and apply. Then set it back, try calibrate button again and see if it works to regain the 100% limits. If that doesn't work, you can try the reset or possibly another USB input? the regedit can be a sticky thing because it could cause issues with other items in Windows. Good Luck! Can you please be more specific I'm not understanding your meaning. I'm using S curve with /. I've tried changing all the curves available...same story. ROKgameNE
in the Logi software, goto settings to view the axis. swap "S" to "J" then apply. swap back to "S" then apply. then calibrate again. I'll find the other links to reset controls and post in a few minutes.
ROKgameNE
the regedit option can be found on page 3 of this .pdf https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/91neQ5PQFYL.pdf as the document states though, "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK" there can be complications from using this method. hope all this helps. fitness88
Thanks ROKgameNE I've tried the reg edit...no help there. I've tried clearing the axis calibration but was not able to get the stick lights to go off which indicates the axis has been cleared. I'll try going back to your explanation with the J&S settings. I noticed putting a bit of end of range stick pressure at 3 o'clock will give me a 100% but seems strange that I'd have to do that to achieve 100%. Thanks again.
