When enabled, all Countries belonging to the Neutral faction are removed from the list, so that it shows only Blue and Red factions. The watch button on the bottom enables historical filtering. It will only allow you to select units that are historically appropriate for the time period of your mission. 1 Oil In The Water Hornet Campaign.
