Jasonw
I am sure many of you have more experience and info than I have on the subject. I will attach pics of what I believe is a 20 mm breech block from a machine gun, it is new old stock. The only identifying numbers are as follows, c-7306609. Thanks in advance if you can help identify where this comes from. Edited Friday at 07:30 PM by Jasonw
Hog_driver
Maybe Ian McCollum at Forgotten Weapons could help you. PS. I'm not kidding, the guy is a true expert. Edited Monday at 09:52 AM by Hog_driver 1
Vampyre
Looks like it belongs to an M2 20mm autocannon. The M2 was used in WWII, notably on the F4U-1C Corsair, B-29 Superfortress, P-38 Lightning and A-1 Skyraider. 1 Truly superior pilots are those that use their superior judgment to avoid those situations where they might have to use their superior skills. If you ever find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck! "If at first you don't succeed, Carrier Landings are not for you!"
