RealGrynomics
I followed the training mission for precision guided munitions and did the GBU12 drop fine. But switching to GBU38 there was no ASL nor solution cue. I did the drop when the range clock unwound to between the min and max range markers. yes i was in ccrp mode. I tried to upload my tracks here but they are not showing up. I go through the upload window when I click on the 'manage attachments' button below) but htat fails. my .trk file is 48 meg. How do i trim it down? Even zipped it is 47 meg https://9apps.ooo/ Edited February 19, 2021 by RealGrynomics

Even zipped it is 47 meg It would be most helpful if you could get the track to be as short as possible. Looking around the cockpit with TrackIR or VR blows up track file sizes like nothing else, so in order to keep tracks small, pause TrackIR unless you need it to look around the pit, and then pause it again. Not sure if the same is possible with VR. Track files *are* zip files, so it would be quite fascinating if zipping a track lead to a notable reduction in file size. 2 hours ago, RealGrynomics said: But switching to GBU38 there was no ASL nor solution cue. The symbology for the GBU-38 is quite different from the GBU-12 because the weapon has much more liberty to steer itself to the target. As long as you're between the minimum and maximum range cues, you're good to drop. You can use all other sensors to navigate to the general target area.
