Doesn´t matter if it´s SP or MP / Heavy mission or just one aircraft above the sea in Caucasus. My FPS is normaly arround 60-80 but it drops to like 1-9 fps from time to time (like every 20-50 seconds) It stays like that for just 2-10 seconds and then i get my 60-80 back. It´s fucking anyoing and i never had that problem before. I believe it started a few updates ago, maybe around early January. It´s kinda unplayeble for me especially when i get just a picture for 10 seconds... I updated my graphics card drivers yesterday but it didn´t changed anything Is anyone of you having the same problems scince a few updates? It's most noticeable when: on ground (airport) engaging in close combat (<3km) and on deck I've tried updating my nVidia drivers, but the issue is still there. DimSim Posted March 7, 2021 Share Posted March 7, 2021 I'm seeing something similar. FPS drops from ~90 to ~5-10. Have been playing P51 Charnwood Campaign over Normandy. Slowdown occurs once or twice per mission (~45mins) and lasts perhaps 1 minute. Then game returns to normal. Unplayable during that period. i7-4790K, 32GB RAM, RTX 2080S. Solbaru Posted March 16, 2021 Share Posted March 16, 2021 I'm seeing this as well, I use a G2 and had FPS VR running, when it happens it was showing green for the cpu and the vid card, so it doesn't seem to be cpu/gpu heavy load. Was getting 45 -60 fps before but drops to 1 -2 during the slowdown. Only started happening in the last 2 months. DimSim Posted March 27, 2021 Share Posted March 27, 2021 (edited) Happened multiple times today for me, so whatever causes my issue hasn't been fixed in recent patch. I'm not certain we're all talking about the same issue. I did notice today, pressing Pause causes the issue to disappear while paused.
