HMD stuck in test mode

I just had a weird thing with HMD on an MP server. It would always turn on with 'IN TEST' message followed by alternating grids/triangles etc. going on and on without stopping. I landed, did a full shutdown and startup, the issue did not fix itself. I could not find anything in BIT or HMD screens to stop that. And I did not want to respawn or restart DCS for not to lose my scores. This was the first time it ever happened, not sure how to replicate it. But it was annoying. What was that?

Hi,

I am not able to reproduce, do you have a track replay showing it happen?

did you have any damage? did you try a ground crew repair?

thank you

Correction, disregard. It was my lack of understanding of the IBIT process.

Impalor, did you try going into the BIT format and pressing STOP (OSB 10), maybe even going into the Displays sub menu (PB 11 iirc) and then STOP (PB 10)?

I had a long MP session and the track would have been huge. I did not see STOP option in BIT. I would think a shutdown must stop this, but it did not. I cannot reproduce it, only have one screenshot as proof. There was no damage, it began as I spawned and started the plane.
