C-101 Flight manual

Helllo 

My friends and I am trying to translate the C-101 flight manual in English. OT 1E-25-1 Manual de Vuelo - C-101, but we are having an issue with scanning the manual with OCR programs ( Acrobat DC, website based OCR and Alpdf ). We can get the OCR to scan the words properly. Thus we have to copy every single words and letters by hand. So, does anybody have the manual with a better image quality? Or some tips for OCR scanning a low res pdf file.
