Branimir76
I used the wind sock and snow to determine which is the right wind direction set in ME. Wind sock is showing the right wind direction, but snow and rain go against the wind. Very awkward. 1 klicken

Flappie
Are you sure it's the windsock? I've tested this not so long ago here. I just can't remember who is right with wind direction: ME or mission briefing? Destination or source ? Don't accept indie game testing requests from friends in Discord. Ever. Branimir76
If I set wind arrow in ME to point south, the sock is pointing south also. The snow is falling to the north. klicken

Based on my understanding, the windsock is correct: I even loaded up an old carrier mission which is definitely sailing *into* the wind to check, then I placed a windsock on the landing pad next to me on the Huey IA "Oilrig landing": it looks like the rain/snow is wrong. Nealius
Windsock is correct. One may think it's 180 degrees off, but that is because the Mission Editor and briefing wind are actually wrong by 180 degrees. It seems like rain/snow is going for the incorrect ME/briefing wind instead of the proper wind.
Branimir76
Anyway, there should be an easy fix for this. I hope someone from ED will address it. klicken
