Sr.
My Brother uses the TMWH HOTAS, mapped to DCS defaults. I have been training him on the A-10CII, and he seems to have the hardest time with his DMS hat presses. He swears up and down that he is pressing DMS left (to turn HMCS off/on), or DMS right to cycle through profiles, but he mostly gets DMS up or down. Are the THWH hats switches 4 or 8 way? If so, is the a way to configure them to be 4 way only? Sr.
Seems his issue is, it sounds like the switch/button itself may not be installed correctly. Says instead of getting responses at 12/3/6/9 o'clock, they are closer to 2/5/8/11 pressing 3 or 9 left/right ... nothing AMD Ryzen R9 3900X | 64GB DDR4 3600| NVidia 1080 Ti | Samsung 970 Evo 1TB NVME | HP Reverb G2 | Logitech X-56 throttle/VKB NXT stick

Just not in the expected area of the button when pressed. Lange_666
Red points are the area's to be pressed. So 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock. Otherwise you press 2 buttons at the same time. Check the event tester. Edited January 24 by Lange_666 Win10 Pro 64-bit, i7-4770K @ 4.5 GHz, Corsair H100i, AsRock Extreme4, ASUS Strix 1080Ti OC 11GB, 32 GB DDR3 G.Skill 2400.
