Are there any desert liveries other than IAF?

Would be nice to have "US Army" and "US Army weathered", similarly to how the Ka-50 and Mi-8 modules in-game have weathered variants as well.  Also the RNLAF Apache Solo Team skin.

The US had an air superiority grey on a couple for a while, didn't they?  Probably just a trial given you never really see them but still one for the hangar 😁

South Carolina National Guard, they've been gone for a few years.

The last gray AH-64 Apache departs McEntire Joint National Guard Base in Eastover. The S.C. National Guard's gray Apaches were the only experimental paint scheme authorized by the Army for use on the Apaches during the Global War on Terrorism. The 1st of the 151st Air Reconnaissance Battalion (ARB) flew 14 of them in combat from 2004 to 2005. Their color made it more difficult for insurgents on the ground to see them coming. The grey Apaches also proved to be easier to repair because the experimental color made the skin temperature about 20-30 degrees cooler than the standard Army green paint scheme.

At Hunter I saw one with Princess Leia painted on the avionics bay and one with a shark mouth (just painted in black) on the avionic bays. Both were painted green overall.

US Army liveries range from "brand new" to "hey, grab me another can of paint."

On a strictly personal basis, I much prefer the JGSDF scheme.

Gotta have that JGSDF scheme.

Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!

Realistic skins have priority of course, but: Just like with the Ka-50, the Huey and the Gazelle I'd also like to have "what-if" liveries. In my case, a German Army Tiger look-alike skin would be great.

Spoiler

The German Army Aviation branch actually preferred buying the AH-64 as a successor for the PAH-1/Bo-105 anti-tank helicopter, but on the political level it was decided to further the Tiger as a French-German project instead, with all it's pros and cons.

Figured I'd do some heavy lifting in this thread. I tried to include every country but it's hard to find good pics of the Egyptian birds and it's hard to find a Saudi AH-64 picture where the entire aircraft is visible in one single picture.

I hope we get Netherlands liveries for the upcoming AH-64. Several people have already mentioned the classic:

ah64_nl_8.jpg

However, there is an old display livery, which I think is particularly suitable for Eagle Dynamics, given the (almost!) "Fighter Collection" logo on the side of it!

ah64_nl_6.jpg

However, I really, hope that we also get a military (non-display) version in DCS. The standard Dutch military livery: drab grey-green with the Dutch insignia.

ah64_nl_7.jpg

^^ This is the one I really want to see in DCS on the upcoming player-flyable Apache, appropriately assigned to the Netherlands faction.

As in, you want Apache painted as Havoc?

Would be cool to have an Mi-28-style paint scheme available in the AUSAF (USAF Aggressors faction).  Not that the USAF has any Apaches, but if the livery is fictional, so can the faction inventory. Ha Ha.

We already have a Ka-50 painted like a US Army Apache for the US faction, only seems appropriate a fictional Russian Havoc-style paint scheme is an option for the AH-64D module.
