MD44 Posted January 9, 2021 Share Posted January 9, 2021 Make sure that the NWS status light that sits to the right of the HUD and right over the DED is lit green. That will verify the NWS is actually engaged. If not then it could be a binding issue or something similar. Sinclair_76 Posted January 9, 2021 Share Posted January 9, 2021 NWS button on the HOTAS also corresponds to the missile step function so when you do a AGH-65 boresight and use the step button to activate another missile NWS will be (dis)abled depending on the prior state. The only way to be sure NWS is enabled is by the NWS light on the right indexer (right side HUD). When starting in low light condition the light might be off.
