Set ILS Freq in Hornet Cockpit?

The Hornet doesn't use airfield-based ILS, but carrier-based ICLS. They operate on pre-determined channels (frequencies) so setting them manually isn't required.

OK, good to know as I haven't been able to select ILS at Nevada map / Groom Lake AFB (109.3 MHz = channel 30) due to the fact that for F-18 the highest selectable ILS channel in cockpit is channel #20

It doesn't really matter. Even if you could select the proper channel, it wouldn't work. The Hornet does not have ILS equipment, the ICLS system is not interoperable with land-based ILS.
