Namely my D:\programFile\DCS (ver 2.5.6.59.625 !) and H:\DCS OpenBeta\ (ver idem 59.625 !) The last installer CRUSHED my old install? Am I the only one ?, and what can i do ? Flappie Posted January 2, 2021 Share Posted January 2, 2021 Hi Pierre, there's nothing to fear. It happens several times a year, and it's perfectly normal. Remember the open beta is for testing. When ED is happy with an open beta build, they transfer it into stable/release. Then a week later if all goes well, the open beta receives a new build to test. And so on and so forth. I've just used @SkateZilla magic software to force rollback to ver 2.5.6.55.960, And guess what ? downloading of 46Gb, took me 2hours ! But this + Repair function cured several problems i had.
