fitness88 Posted December 20, 2020 Share Posted December 20, 2020 I've noticed sometimes the TACAN does not count down the distance on HUD, the distance number is frozen. Tracks record your actions for the whole mission, you can't save a 15 second slice of your flight. Third party tools such as Nvidia's "Shadow Play" can capture game footage. The course line is frozen as well when this happens. The next time I see it, I'll get a track. deltatango Posted May 4, 2021 Share Posted May 4, 2021 (edited) Happening to me still. DCS ver 2.7.0.5118 .trk file is 38Mb. The freeze happens on the way back to the carrier at around 70NM. Fix is to dial up another freq (any freq) and then back to the TACAN I was tracking.
