For clearing turn, what does "20 for 20" means?

Hi There,

I heard Jell-O on his podcast saying once about clearing turn "20 for 20". Does it mean 20 degree bank until your nose is 20 degrees off original takeoff heading (left or right), or maybe 20 degrees off heading for 20 seconds, then come back to original heading?

Any RL Hornet jockeys maybe? Thanks a lot !
