Seem to get fairly frequent crashes on the Sryia map, here is a link to the crash file as the forum does not allow me to upload it.

Hi. It looks like a driver issue.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling your graphics driver.

 

EDIT: It could also be due to a VR shaders mod. Do you use one?

No shader mod installed that I can remember and I dont have VR

 

I have actually just updated to nvidia 457.09 and did a DDU uninstall of the previous driver yesterday, so that's somewhat surprising

Someone who had a similar crash error message solved it by changing his opentrack software. Are you using opentrack?

 

Otherwise, try disabling all gaming overlays (NVIDIA Share, Windows Game Bar..) and see if DCS keeps crashing.

Latest version of trackir software, and confirmed no overlays, windows game bar is off.

A Hoggiter also had this issue in 2019. He had to disable XMP in BIOS. He didn't report back, so I'm thinking maybe it worked for him.

A user of the present forum solved the same issue in 2018. He had to suppress CPU overclocking.

 

Is your PC overclocked ? (be it CPU, memory, GPU)

i9 9900KS so technically a factory overclocked 9900K

no gpu over clocking

xmp applied to ram and gave it some voltage to ensure stability.

 

I had windows hardware accelerated GPU scheduling on, so I will try turning it off to see if it helps any

I know it sounds unpleasant, but can you try DCS with XMP turned off?

Apologies as this is not related to Syria

 

I experienced 2 very consistent crashes and I am unsure if its F16, persia, or something else

 

I started up my F16 and as I entered steerpoint coordinates the game crashed, I was able to replicate this 2 times in a row, same map/server/aircraft slot/startup procedure.

for the 3rd attempt I did everything the same but did not enter a custom steerpoint an was able to play for almost 3 hours with no issue.

 

Again this is unrelated to Syria but I am unsure where to file this as I am not sure where the issue originates.

Two guys have the same issue with entering custom waypoints on PGAW server, but both were in a Viggen. Can you reproduce this crash on a different server?

 

By the way your last log doesn't show any crash.
