I think the best order is 4,6,3,7. Basically inboard first then outboards. It’s probably better for the wing structure.

 

A2A is inboards first, A2G is outboards first.

 

In the A2A configuration, it's to reduce wing vibrations, in the A2G configuration, it's for stabilty
