T-Rudder cable

I've noticed the connection cable from the TRudder pedals to the black box is starting to look a little frayed at the connection point, and I wanted to know if anyone knows of this is just a standard CAT 6 network cable?

The same happened here. The cable is standard ethernet but has quite poor build quality.
