gregzagk
OC - 01 - Prelude Conflict - Day One ---------------------------------------------------------------------- On 28 February Allied forces Intel showed military activity in Abkhazia Region and that there must have been some secret preparations in the Airbases of the area the last month. The airbases seem now ready for military use... On the other hand Russian Intel shows that allied Aircraft reached to Georgian Airbases through low navigation to avoid radar detection. Following this incident, the ambience in the region is similar to that during the Cold War and there are rumors that the two sides are planning and preparing preemptive strikes.... gregzagk
BLUE TASK 0745 ZULU - 03/01/ In the morning of March the 1st. we set both airfields (Senaki-Kolkhi and Batumi) on high alert for immediately start and Kobuleti on Standby. Our KH satellite pickup massive heat signals on the Sochi-Adler airfield - we think the bear is awaking. Our Eagle Flights are ready for immediately takeoff and patrol along the Demilitarized Zone. Any violation of our (sorry Georgia) airspace will be not accept! Bullseye: Zugdidi City Center (WP1 for F-15C; WP2 for Georgia`s Su-25T) "ARGO" DCS UH-1H DLC SP Campaign 373vFS DCS World squadron (Greece) - www.buddyspike.net "ARGO 2.0 Project Phoenix" UH-1H DLC Campaign - WIP
gregzagk
Scoring System Every time an enemy aircraft fly into the Demilitarized ZONE (DMZ) or over the Demarcations Line (MDL) a message will showing up and say which sector is be violate (also the pilot get a warning message if he fly into the DMZ). Both sides will know the rough location of any aircrafts over the DMZ. If an enemy fighter enter the enemy airspace and stay alive, the side collecting points --> Each side need to protect their own airspace (marked as WEST, CENTER and EAST Sector). If you (fighter pilot) stay alive in the enemy airspace, your side get 10 points/min. If you shut down a fighter aircraft your side get 5 points. If you shut down a bomber aircraft your side get 1 point. If your destroy a SAM Radar or SAM Launcher vehicle your side get 25 points. gregzagk
Final Result: After 2hrs we will have a final result. The ratio will move the frontline for battle 2 (rounding up). The win will move the frontline into the DMZ and the loser must withdrawn (50% of the advantage of the winner side). Example: The DMZ is about 30 km wide and we have B: 120 vs. 80 :R (B 3:2), so the frontline will move 20 km into the DMZ (in prospect of Blue and Red withdrawn 10 km). B: 120 vs. 60 :R (B 2:1), Blue move the frontline 15 km into DMZ and Red withdrawn 7.5 km B: 120 vs. 30 :R (B 4:1), Blue move the frontline 7.5 km into DMZ and Red withdrawn 4.0 km B: 100 vs. 40 :R (B 5:2), Blue move the frontline 3 km into DMZ and Red withdrawn 1.5 km And soon… Q: why is the frontline move on higher ratio much smaller than on lower ratio? A: if one side killed/destroyed much more than is opponent, he has also set more resource into the victory and don`t have enough resource to advance further into the DMZ! gregzagk
MISSION 2 BLUE BRIEFING 1745 ZULU - 03/01/ We win and advantage the frontline 12 miles into the DMZ. The high loss of fighters is still a big problem, but at the moment, we need also to hit the red side again hard, before they can prepare their ground troops. The deployment of the troops are on a good way, but the ground commander still need more time to bring this troops in order. To give the ground troop more time for preparation and also give them a big advantage against the red ground troop, our A-10Cs, Georgia Su-25Ts and Ka-50 attack helicopters are ready for immediately takeoff, to perform deep strikes against the red infrastructures. It is up to the local air force commander to call out the objects for the attacker.
