Just started happening the last few times I've logged in. Any ideas?

Please attach your whole dcs log, but it looks like a display driver crash

 

try reinstalling your display driver, if you are overclocking it maybe worth reducing it.

 

Also check your pagefile is set high enough especially if you only have 16gb RAM or less
