I cannot set Mission Editor temperature lower than 9, at which the con layer starts at around 25,000ft. At 0 the con layer in Caucasus was usually around 20,000ft or 18,000ft. So, either the OAT bug is fixed, or the con layer is hard-coded to the temp set in the ME. Checking cold-start carb temp, oil temp, and cylinder head temp, all show 20C on a mission programmed with 20C.
