Simple ECM in Lock On question

I was just wondering if in Lock On turning off or on ECM helps to spoof the missile? I know that in real life it helps, specialy agains old type missiles but is it modelled in Lock On??

yes it helps in v1.1

now missile behave like that: if it was lauched in HOJ mode and target turn ECM off then missile goes to normal active or semi-active targeting mode. but if then target turn ECM on, and distance from launch platform to target is longer than "ECM-burn" distance, then missile lost contact.

So, while closing to target from long or med-range to dog-fight distance, it is useful to turn ECM on and off every few seconds.
